Who are these sessions designed for?
Stonecourt works with founders, department leads, and small leadership teams — typically in organisations of 30 to 500 staff. The sessions work well when there is a real question to address rather than a presentation to produce.
How long does each engagement take?
The Business Model Canvas Session is a single half-day. The Department Charter Workshop spans two or three sessions over one to three weeks. The Knowledge Management Setup is a multi-week engagement, typically four to six weeks including the first month of support.
Are sessions conducted in Bangkok only?
Most sessions take place in Bangkok at the client's office or at the Stonecourt workspace in Lumphini. Remote sessions are available for parts of longer engagements, subject to discussion at scoping.
What do we need to prepare before the session?
Very little. A short pre-session note is exchanged beforehand — usually a paragraph or two about context and what the team hopes to get from the day. The consultant structures the session from there. You do not need to prepare materials or slides.
How is pricing structured?
Each engagement is fixed-price. The Canvas Session is ฿5,300, the Department Charter Workshop is ฿18,200, and the Knowledge Management Setup is ฿30,400. There are no monthly retainers or add-on fees. Payment terms are discussed at scoping.
What happens with the outputs after the engagement?
All documents, summaries, and systems produced belong to the client. Stonecourt retains no rights over them and does not use client materials for other purposes. You are free to share, edit, or build on them internally.
